Submission of the revised Versions by 28 May 2017

Please send us your full paper as a PDF file to iddrg2017@utg.de

The manuscripts will be subject to independent review by members of the Scientific Committee. All contributions will be checked for thematic suitability to mini-symposia topics and in case of conformity are allocated appropriately.

After the review process, authors will receive the notification of full paper acceptance where selected papers will be invited for presentation at the conference. In accordance with the author, accepted papers can be published in the conference proceedings in a Journal.


Journal Publication

All papers will be published within the conference proceedings with access only to the conference participants.

In addition we offer publication in the conference proceedings in Journal of Physics: Conference Series free of charge.

The IOP Conference Series provides:

  • Open access publication, all articles are free to read and download in perpetuity.
  • Abstracting and indexing in ISI Web of Science (Conference Proceedings Citation Index), Scopus, EI Compendex, among others (as a proceedings journal JPCS is not assigned an Impact Factor).
  • Creation of online versions of the abstracts contained in each paper.
  • Creation of hyperlinked references and tracking of future citations.

By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings Licence.


technical requirements for the presentation

All contributions invited for presentation should meet the following requirements:

  • Each speaker has 25 min + 5 min discussion for the presentation of his paper
  • Feel free to use your own templates for the slides
  • For slides use widescreen format 16:9
  • Possible file formats: .pdf, .ppt or .pptx
  • A Laptop for the presentation is provided by us. No own devices allowed.

Please send us your presentation until June, 20 by email. Then we still can check if everything is working on the technical equipment.
